WeeSqueak are shoes for children that make a fun squeaking sound when the child walks due to a cushion in the heel that squeezes air through a tiny nozzle. I knew my 3-year-old would be excited to try them out, so when I was offered an opportunity to review a pair I was thrilled! After I picked out the cute pair of leather sandals you see below, they arrived quickly and were boxed beautifully.

My daughter was so excited to try them on and couldn’t contain her excitement over the way they squeaked when she walked. Every day since first putting them on she has asked to wear her “squeaky shoes” when we go out. We get a lot of compliments when we’re out because these shoes are so cute. I also love that they have a velcro strap, because my daughter loves to put her shoes on by herself. They are beautifully constructed and durable.
You can purchase theses shoes online at WeeSqueak, or you can win a pair here on Frugal Mom Jenn!
Just leave a comment with your email address and you’ll be entered to win a pair of WeeSqueak shoes for your little one! I’ll be picking a winner this Thursday, July 29, at 9 a.m. by random.
Thanks for entering, and good luck!
Disclosure: WeeSqueak generously provided us with a pair of their adorable kid shoes to review. I was not paid for this review and all opinions are 100% my own.

It seems like my first-born daughter has always had problems with regularity. It started from the time she could decide whether or not she’d eat something we gave her. So, like many other toddlers, her diet was anything but balanced. It became even more of a problem when we recently started potty training her since she was often constipated. So, when given the opportunity to try Fleet’s Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies, I was excited to see if they would help relieve some of these problems for us.
Review: What I liked from the start was that they were cute penguin-shaped gummies. Both of my daughters already take a daily gummie vitamin, so I knew it would be easy to introduce these into our routine. They taste good and are slightly chewier than a “traditional” gummy candy, but my 2-year-old didn’t have a problem chewing it. It took about a week and a half before I realized that my 3-year-old was having an easier time on the potty, and was definitely more regular.
Product Information: In 2009 the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) significantly increased the recommended daily fiber intake standards, far above the previous “age plus five” rule. Today’s updated guidelines recommend 25 grams of fiber per day for four-year-old children.
Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies were designed to help kids ages 2-11 maintain better digestive health and stay regular. They’re sugar-free, calorie-free, gluten-free and made with natural fruit flavors. With a recommended serving of three gummies every day (equal to ½ cup of broccoli!), Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies are a great way to supplement the fiber found in fruits, vegetables and other fiber-rich foods in a child’s daily diet. It’s a great solution to help bridge the gap between the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended amount of fiber and the fiber that kids actually consume. The gummies are even dentist-approved.

Review:
We were excited to try out the Juppy with our 9-month-old Lillian. While she’s not close to walking, she loves to “stand” with Mommy or Daddy’s help, so I knew she’d love it! It provided good support and I felt she was safe and secure once she was up on her feet. This is definitely going to “grow” with her over the next few months, especially once she starts taking her first steps.

Win one:
One lucky reader of Frugal Mom Jenn can win one of their own! Just leave a comment telling us why you’d like to try a Juppy with your son or daughter! Thanks!
Thank you to all who entered and left comments!

We have been loyal Cascade users in our house for many years, so when I heard about a new product in the Cascade family that was supposed to be even tougher on food particles, I knew that I wanted to try it for myself. It was through P&G and My Blog Spark that I was given the opportunity to take the 24-Hour Challenge with Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs.

According to the packaging, “Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs give you the confidence of a job done right. It breaks down, dissolves, and rinses away tough food particles without the need to pre-wash.” No pre-washing? Well, in order to test that claim, I was challenged to do 3 things:
- Bake a Blueberry Cobbler.
- After emptying the dish, set it out for 24 hours.
- Put it in the dishwasher with a Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPac and let it do its job!
My results? A sparkling, clean baking dish with absolutely no Blueberry Cobbler residue. It absolutely lived up to its claim, and I’m grateful not only because it allowed me to write a positive review, but because I will no longer have to pre-wash my dishes.
I would definitely recommend this product, and as an incentive to buy it and try it for yourself, I am offering a $25 Walmart gift card to one of my readers!
